Servicing

If for any reason, your packraft has been damaged—please contact us. We are a Polish company and all our packrafts are manufactured and repaired in Poland. We can professionally repair your equipment. 

Procedure:

1. E-mail us at: office@pinpack.eu Describe the damage, attach photos or a video. Make sure to provide your phone number if we need to ask for more details. Also provide the address to which the equipment should be sent after repair (we will check the transport costs).
2. We will prepare a repair quote for you within 5 business days. 
3. If you accept the repair costs and pay the invoice, send us the clean and dry equipment to the address provided in the e-mail. If the equipment reaches us dirty, we will add EUR 110 for the cleaning service. Yes, we know it’s a lot, but unprepared equipment delays production and disorganizes our work, and we can’t put it dirty under the machine. Remember to mark well on the packraft the areas that need to be repaired. Do not use a pen, it is best to stick a coloured tape in the place of damage.
4. After the repair, we will send the equipment back to you within the agreed time.
