Returns – Withdrawal from the contract

You can return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, without giving any reason. Information about your willingness to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract should be sent to us at office@pinpack.eu

The return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer, so you can decide how you wish to send it back to us.

Remember that you cannot return (withdraw from the contract) products made on your special order.
